The 11th National Congress of Civil Enginnering and the 16th Congress of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering

In late October, were held jointly by the 11^th Congress of Civil Engineering and the 16^th Congress of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering, under the theme "Civil and Environmental Engineering for a better quality of life", in Panama City. Both events were organized as usual by the Interamerican Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering PANADIS Panama Chapter, and the College of Civil Engineering of the Panamian Society of Engineers and Architects SPIA.

Jorge Fernández Ontivero, Section Head of Water Quality of Euroestudios, gave a presentation about water treatment in small cities.
