EURAFRIC forum, ‘Water & Energy in Africa’

The Agency for the Development of Businesses in Africa, in collaboration with the Republic of Guinea Conakry, arranged the third African edition of EURAFRIC forum, 'Water and Energy in Africa'. This event brought in Conakry from 2nd to 6th April over 300 professionals and representatives of several countries and international organizations.
The aim of this forum is the promotion of relationships between European and African companies related to water and energy fields as well as the competitiveness improvement of african organizations.
Many investment opportunities in Africa were also shown at this meeting, esecially new projects of water, hydropower stations and dams that Guinea government wants to promote in the near future.

Euroestudios, in collaboration with Samipro, has taken part in the most of activities of this meeting. Carlos Vargas, head of hydraulic works section, participated with a presentation entitled 'Water resources: water uses and its contribution to development'.
